The first week is when the splint and swelling are most visible. Most people return to social life in 7–10 days. That does not mean the nose is finished.
Fine swelling and tip definition can take 6–12 months. Checks therefore continue after surgery as part of a 12-month follow-up.
Breathing matters as much as aesthetics. Planning is based on an internal exam, not only a profile photo.
